ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DATES?

No, you can use your membership any day year round.  However, if there are private events occurring in the Laser Tag select times may not be available

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

You can cancel after 14th day of your membership.  Per the terms of your membership agreement, the cancellation must be submitted within 7 days prior to the membership renewal date.

Upon successful cancellation, the Member will receive a confirmation email or notification indicating the termination of their membership. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation request is properly submitted and acknowledged by Q-ZAR.Please note that any outstanding fees or charges incurred by the Member prior to the cancellation will remain due and payable, and the Member shall be responsible for settling any outstanding balance.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

You may cancel in store, by certified mail or by completing this form. 7 day notice is required to cancel your auto billing.  Cancellation requests may take up to 5 business to process.  Click here to cancel your membership.
